I rented my property for 2 years with yourself and then sold the property September 2019.

The sales process has been great and I cannot fault the service offered by Angie and her team at Alvaston. Regular touch points and keeping me informed and keeping on top of the chain and chasing actions on time. Heather also did a great job handling the viewings and advertising both during the sale and rental. Sold super quick within 2/3 weeks and also same time period to rent.

My only negative feedback is that the rental management was not great from the Pride Park office. Having paid for the platinum service pack you expect to get the full service. Final rent payment was missed and there was no urgency to follow this up with the tenants.

Also, I had to constantly chase inspections. The Pride Park office will try contact the tenant and if the call was missed there was not sufficient follow ups to ensure the visits were scheduled and I had to keep following this up.

This is the main reason I removed the service pack.

When vacating the property, there was same issues such as nail polish parks on carpet and the oven not been cleaned and basic cleanliness of the property. There seemed to be little concern by the office to follow this up and after a number of calls trying to follow this up myself, I ended up giving up on this.
