I Started renting a 3 bedroom home managed by Lets Rent in 2015.
from the first contact, I had the feeling that the director understood my position and that he had a genuine wish to help where other agencies had blatantly lied to me because i was seen as high risk (family of 4 with 3rd child on the way).
Adil went out of his way to support me. personally calling me when a property came available and giving extra assurances to the landlord that our family profile was a good fit! we moved in and stayed in the home for just under 5 years during which time, the friendly staff carried out inspections at times that suited us and was always mindful and respectful of our privacy. the occasional works needed to be done to keep the home in order and all of this was arranged by lets rent and carried out in good time with regular updates on the progress and calls to confirm our satisfaction.
i learned that they also use a small number of local tradesmen who are contracted because of their reliability and good quality which really helped with worries of unknown & untested workes in my private home! it helped assure me that we would be taken care of.
we have now managed to buy our first home! ending the tenancy was easy and arranged to help with the move! giving us time to take care of everything and then return the home to the standard we started with! we got our deposit back without issue and everything has been a great experience!
