We brought our first home through Hannells in Alvaston, Derby. The process exceeded the normal timescales and in total took nearly 9 months once we got our keys! It was a very stressful time for both me and my partner but I must say, once Angie (branch manager) stepped into our purchase to help then it definitely speeded things up and we was then kept fully informed throughout by Angie. Times were hard at times and our patience was starting to wear thin but Angie always did her best chasing matters etc. We cant thank her enough for stepping in to help, when at one point we was ready to walk away!! Thank you :)

Dear Brad and Charlotte, thank you for taking the time to post such an honest review.. I know that the process of purchasing your first home was far from easy and your patience and understanding were so important to this process. You showed both of these in abundance and I was both pleased and relieved that I was able to step in. We managed to work together to see this through to the end. It was a great feeling handing you the keys and it also reminded me of why I do this job!! Be happy in your new home and stay in touch..
