Hello, Any chance you are renting the flat 1 in W5 5PE. They are charging us for professional cleaning on this flat but they didn't clean when we moved in. I wouldn't be surprise as we have about the same experience. An advise, re-check your check in report many times as if you don't notice a crack they will charge you for it at the check out.
