Do not use , the worst agency in London. Worst properties , dirty , smelly and old. Don t even bother to call them they will try to catch you somehow. Very unhelpfull and unfriendly staff ( the worst is Maria who can t even speak english properly and is an account manager ) very poor staff . Can't descriebe in words how bad my experience with them is . I have reported them to citzen advice as well. They lock tenants out without notice ... If have issue with them just don t listen to them , they don t have a clue what they are doing they think everyone is as poor as their staff ) . Long story short if you rent with them move out if not forget Bout them)

I went to that address last week and now they operate as Flintons now. Super suspicious, so didn't close any deal with them. There's a BBC article about it, you should Google it. Maybe it can help you... ...

Oliver, unfortunately citiside has gone into liquidation, I suggest you contact the liquidator Edge Recovery (edgerecovery.com) about this. I also recommend you check with MyDeposit about this as they are the deposit protection company that CitiSide used. Your deposit should have been protected so it should be possible to get it back. ...
