OK, I will make it quick. The arrange moving day was rescheduled after the deposit was payed, the promised flat maintenance was not done, the flat was dirty and still old tenants rubbish in the house and they even did not pass our details to the electricity supplier and landlord as said.
Basically, as they had got the £300 they did not want to know anything else about us.
I arrived home with my pregnant wife and I had to decorate and do the maintenance by myself.
Terrible Agency, do you want a suggestion?.......Stay away from them, or do not pay before check the flat.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not to lie and not to ask so much money for the job that they did not do. Just make sure that the house is ready to be live in.

Dear Zec

We are sorry that you were not pleased with the condition of the flat when you moved in. Your requests prior to your occupation were passed to your Landlord to carry out. As mentioned on the phone we were not managing the property and are not instructed by the Landlord to carry out any work.
If you would like to discuss the flat further please feel free to come in to teh office.
