Oh my word where do I start , firstly to thank Michael for all his support over the years we have known each other many years true gent !! Thankyou , But my thanks and gratitude goes to Angie she has been my rock , the last couple of months of what have been a very stressful few weeks , you have always been at the end of the phone in what ever phone call I gave ? Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
