A Thank You Note!
Recently we had bought and sold with Balgores at Gravesend and found the whole team highly skilled professionals in their field of work!
Over many years we have used a number of Estate Agents. They did not have the skill sets to deal with complex matters or take leadership when confronted with a myriad of unforeseen issues that had the potential of becoming stumbling blocks. Balgores of Gravesend are an exception to this experience, they are field practitioners and are truly amazing at what they do.
In particular, we would like to praise Jason Perry (Senior Property Consultant) and Ian Weedon (the in house, Mortgage and Protection Consultant). In abundance, with complete integrity they demonstrated their ability to navigate us through a storm caused by delays which were completely out of our control. They remained honest, as calm as a heart surgeons and truly professional throughout. Jason, being tactically astute took full control of the situation and with his superior negotiating skills was able to finalise an outcome which was in the best interest of both the buyer and seller.
The only statistics I have to support my rationale is that: three houses have recently been up for sale on our road. Two with Balgores and both houses sold pretty much immediately after being put on the market. The third house after about the same number of months remains unsold, it’s up with an unnamed agent based in Gravesend.
Again, We would highly recommend Balgores of Gravesend and also a special thanks to Andrew the Branch Manager too.
