Kevin, we take our reviews very seriously and have worked incredibly hard to gain many five star reviews from our clients.
When you called to view on 5th April, we explained this property was a holiday let and could only be viewed during a change over. This particular Saturday was Easter Saturday and we were already booked during the small window of a changeover.
