We decided to use Belvoir for our sale after initially having a viewing with them on a house we made an offer on but were unsuccessful with. We were impressed by John’s honesty and clear communication on that seller’s behalf. He undertook a valuation on our property on a Friday morning, and returned that same afternoon to take the photos and further details to get the property on the market the next morning.
We accepted an offer within a couple of months in a fairly quiet market and once we found a house we made an offer on. John and Jan even helped with advice on our purchase.
They continued to keep the pressure on along the chain and regularly kept us updated on what turned out to be a less than simple transaction, however we have no doubt that this was made easier with John and Jan’s help.
They were always on hand to provide updates, advice and emotional support, which was much appreciated in what can be a stressful time in life and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
