For me 1 star is too many. Was left in the dark and not told if we had any viewings and if any of our offers had been submitted,rejected or accepted. When i enquired about anytjing i had to repeat everything every time as they didnt know what was going on. Finally they were extremely rude over the phone insulting me and calling me a liar! Absolutely disgusting. I spoke with James from the Lichfield branch and he was extremely rude.

It was a surprise to read your review this morning however after some investigating I soon realised you may have the wrong branch and wrong company completely. We are Lovett Estate Agents based in Bournemouth and have no association with Lovett&Co which is located in Lichfield. What agent could do to change your mind?
She could have at least returned my calls just once and offered to return my deposit. Charlotte told me my holding deposit would be returned should the landlord not be happy without references as I was honest about my references and offered to pay the rent in full.Attached Filesnbsp;

The holding fee was in my humble opinion very high, certainly if you consider all Charlotte had to do was make one phone call to the landlord explaining my situation that I had no references but was prepared to pay up front.

I do hope you manage to sort out your current issues with the branch.
