landlord beware
After very underhanded treatment by miller countrywide in plymouth re the £65 exclusive tax charge taken without consultation and many many phone calls trying to have this charge refunded , Millers returned emails constantly but never seemed prepaired to simply pick up the phone and speak to me, Just one example, This is the latest email sent to me after i put in a couple of bad reviews

Terrible service. They use admin company for renewals. The staff there appear not to have any idea. They do not follow the simplest of instructions which caused me a great deal of work and caused an excellent tenant a lot of unnessery stress. On transferring ...

Comment on agent fees
Extortionate, they did not do a rolling tenancy but required me to pay for a new tenancy agreement each year. I have now found out that they were charging the tenant annually as well. High % charge for fully managed I had to remind them that 6 monthly visits and reports were required, on each occasion.
