As a first time landlord Burchell Edwards made me feel at ease with the whole process. No matter what the query I had was, they were able to help. I approached Burchells after being on with another agent in Solihull for 3 weeks, my property was let on the first viewing and I am extremely happy with my tenants. I would strongly recommend them to any landlord looking for a quick and smooth let!

I have to agree with this, unless you have a mortgage with them then they don't even let you view properties. This means sellers miss out on the best offer and buyers miss out on a dream home.
The branch never opens on time and the staff can't be bothered to even look at you if you enter the shop.

Comment on agent fees
I feel that value for money has sometimes been questionable with the contractors that BE use to repair the property. I would prefer if there were at least three quotes generated and the property owner could choose the preferred quotation.
