Made an offer on a house listed with them and they actively encouraged gazumping. They allowed viewings after the offer had been accepted and encouraged us to outbid each other, ultimately resulting in 5 total offers when the first one was supposedly accepted by the vendor. This is completely disgusting and I would highly recommend anyone looking to make an offer on a property listed with them to reconsider as to not waste your time.
