We moved into our flat in Godalming in early 2019. Surrey & Hants worked hard to ensure this was done within a couple of days (my wife and I had very little time to spare!).
Whilst living in the property, we had a few issues (not the fault of S&H). The main issues we faced were:
1) the bathroom floor needed redoing - S&H had this sorted within a week
2) issues with the gas meter - again, sorted very quickly
3) an issue with damp towards the end of our tenancy - Adam at S&H was fantastic at updating me with what was happening, calling / emailing the block management (who proved to be very difficult) and attempting to resolve this issue. We negotiated a reduced rent for the final month we stayed due to the last issue - again, Adam was very helpful with this. In addition, whilst this problem made me quite stressed, Adam handled this all with good patience and urgency.
The issues that arose were not the fault of S&H (and issues are part of being a tenant!). On every occasion something came up, Adam and the team were quick to resolve.
They were also on hand for minor questions (when I adopted my cat, they worked with the landlord to make this happen!).
I recommend the team for their flexibility and responsiveness. Thank you all!

I really can't see how we can be perceived as 'not responsive'. Lea, contacted us on Monday with a few issues. We spoke to her landlord who asked us to research the issues. I visited the property the very next day, reported back to the landlord who instructed us to resolve the issues of which we are doing so booking in contractors to fix the shower and the fridge. The worst literally the worst estate agency which I ever met !! We were renting flat for nearly two years - the most horrible two years in our life.
