Very unhappy with the service from this lettings agency. We paid for a professional clean and they still found excuses to charge us for more cleaning. Shocking communication, rude staff and completely unnecessary charges.

We recently brought our flat through Mr. Csaba Toth of Frank Harris & Co estate agents at 87 Long Lane, London (020 7600 7000). Very happy with the service from Mr. Csaba Toth as he was efficient, professional and excellent at communicating with us on every aspect of the process. We can highly recommend him. He is always helpful if we had any questions and got back to us with answers quickly.
