Unfortunately, having read some positive reviews regarding this agent, I did not experience the same. On meeting to undertake a property valuation, Ozan failed to provide a professional and friendly service. When discussing another of our property’s account, I was met with an aggressive and defensive attitude, and despite attempts to placate and calm Ozan, he stormed out of the property, banging the door shut behind him.
A word of caution if you do use this estate agent for letting services- there can be a significant delay in receiving your rental income. Ensure you keep extra money in your account as Ozan has twice failed to transfer the tenants money to the Landlord’s account in an acceptable timeframe. Not ideal if you need to pay a mortgage.
