Unlike other somewhat stereotypical estate agents we dealt with, Phil was a very genuine chap. We spent an hour at our first viewing. He is an amenable person who gives the impression nothing is too much bother and who never seems to be off duty. As buyers we never felt he was solely on the side of the sellers, which we'd come to expect. He eased our buying process when we hit a problem and was very supportive throughout.
