We dealt with Reed Rains during our purchase a few months ago, it was the Congleton branch as we were purchasing in the area. I have to say I was extremely impressed with how all the agents dealt with any query we or our solicitors had during the process. I was particularly impressed with Stacie, who not only gave us lots of support and local knowledge, she also worked through tirelessly many issues that were being raised throughout their vendors end of the chain. Stacie, was patient and diligent and even though she wasn’t acting as our actual agent went above and beyond to ensure all deadlines were met. We actual went with Purple bricks as our agent on this occasion, as we’d had a bad experience previously selling through main stream agents. After this experience with Reed Rains as our sellers agent, we would not hesitate to recommend and feel it’s restored our faith in the whole agents involvement . Many thanks to Stacie and the team at Congleton an exceptional 5 star service was most certainly delivered.
