Absolutely disgusting - do not give the 24 hours notice required by law for them to gain access to the property- quite brazenly just say we have a key and we will go in a do what we need to regardless of you being there or not. Do not trust a word this company says.

Edit in response - I posted pictures of the emails showing that they say despite short notice and without asking permissions they will give a key to the property to a builder to go in. See the link at the bottom of the review for proof of this- There was no 24 hours notice this was sent on the day, and I can’t contact Nicola directly as she has not given me her direct contact details despite having mine- I actually have no idea who Nicola is as I have never spoken to her other than her reply to these reviews. Had she contacted me I would have responded. Interestingly now the image also proves she is a lier as she denies this having happened.

I have since learned that Nicola is the MD - this tells me a few things one she has no idea what her staff are doing, two or she does and chooses to lie about them on public forums to save face regardless of the customer experience 3 she has no idea what she is doing as she said she contact me but did not, 4 quite evidently this company is all out profit grabbing by giving false responses to genuine reviews. I have since reached out to her and she has not responded.

Thanks Nicola - I have since spoken to other residents and no one else has phone signal in these properties nor do they get 4g - you stated that you have given the key to the builder and he was going into the property - I was never asked if i consented to or given any prior notice which is the law.( evidenced through the link in my initial review). I did make a viewing to check phone signal to which I was talked out of by Tom your letting agent who assured there would be no problem with signal once I had moved in. I trusted him and your company which was a mistake. One I don’t want to other people to make. Yes i did say a small donation to charity, not directly to me as you have made out, would stop me outlining the quite reasonable and truthful drops in Custer service, experience and all out transparency I have been a victim of while dealing with the company you manage - something you were not willing to do, again your decision. You have called me a lier which I have proven is not true via the link supplied showing your intent to enter my property without asking permission. I find it very funny how quickly your letting agents respond to getting the contracts signed for these properties sometimes replying at 10pm or 6am to emails. I think this is because you know full well how hard it is to get agreement to sign over due to the signal issues and that you will do anything to get them confirmed to appear good to the landlord.

In what way are you happy to assist me? This is news to me? I have an email which says from Lynn she contacted the builder to contact open reach but if they don’t respond it’s out of her hands. I’ll post it later. It’s not my fault your disorganisation saw them turn up on a day I was unable to organise someone to be in my apartment where all my valuables are while a stranger entered. Had you given me 24 hours noticed outlined by law i would have done this.

You don’t understand customer experience or service- you seem to think replying to bad reviews with a good natured tone and saying you have asked me to contact you in public forums is correct. In actual fact what you should have done is reach out to me directly which was well within your capabilities and try to resolve not expect me to do this to you. Why should I as a customer try to make you make my experience better? For some reason you and the rest of your company think your are above your customers. Strange and worrying - something I will make sure all future potential tenants know before signing up to king and expensive contracts with the company you manage.

Interesting take on the situation, Ben.
This is a new build development, where you attempted to reserve a property without viewing but we insisted you view. You reported after you moved in that you had no phone signal, even though we had made a second appointment for you to test your signal prior to sign up, which you didn't show up to. You then reported that you were having trouble connecting to the internet, even though no other new residents had reported this which I suspect is because you want a six month contract, and we tried to assist you with Openreach and with connectivity. Openreach turned up without informing us that they were coming but told us they could fix your issue, so we contacted you immediately to ask if you wanted them to go into your property and emailed to say that they were able to go in with the builder using a key, you declined and they did not enter.
You can easily get my contact details via our website, I had replied to the two Google reviews you had posted and you didn't reply, we have then had approx 20 emails back and forth, most recently where you attempt to extort money from me ("=to three figures") to take down your negative reviews, even though you have said that not having phone or internet connection is "actually quite a freeing feeling", and despite us saying that we are still happy to try to assist you if you want connection to the internet, even though this is not our concern nor is it a contractual obligation.
We wish you well, Ben, but will not send you money to stop you putting bad reviews online.
