Bacon and Co were actually the vendors solicitor for the place we were buying. Ashleigh Saunders was the case handler/Negotiator. Let’s just say thank god she was!! Our sellers solicitor was completely useless and if it wasn’t for Ashleigh persistent this sale would have fallen through. She really went above and beyond in her role and is a credit to Bacon & Co. Her motivation, persistence and her understanding on a professional and personal level was second to none.
