1. When I moved in, I had no hot water in my shower. This took nearly a week to fix with several visits from engineers. I had to use the shower in the unoccupied room opposite mine.
2. My wall was only painted after I had to chase your company when I was told it would have been the next day. It was painted nearly 2 weeks after.
3. The heating in my room was not back on within 24 hrs. It had not been working for a week as complaints were raised by others on the 2nd floor. Emergency heaters were not provided when they should have been as soon as we raised this issue.
4. We requested a food bin when we moved in and have now only received an email that it will be delivered one month later.
5. We have had random strangers walk into our home unannounced several times and enter fellow housemates rooms without any prior consent. This has been flagged several times too.
Nothing has been fixed within 24hrs as you claim. Every problem goes through a long winded process and requires several visits before anything is actually completed.
