From initial valuation through marketing and final sale, Pedder, and specifically Natasha, performed beyond our expectations. Viewings were efficiently arranged, with Ben accompanying most of the prospective buyers, taking the pressure off us. When queries arose with solicitors, Natasha was patient and seemingly happy to hand-hold until matters were resolved. Her years of experience were telling, and the help she provided very much appreciated. Moving home after 40 years is stressful, but Pedder made it a smooth process, and when things went wrong post completion, Ben stepped in and went above and beyond to help us. We cannot recommend Natasha and her team highly enough!
