We chose Warrens based on
(1) Their personable approach
(2) The fair, fixed fee.
(3) They were selling the house we wanted to buy and we wanted to reduce the number of agents in the chain.
We, as they, were confident our house would sell with the right marketing and therefore a fixed fee agent was the right choice for us.
The initial discussions with Warrens showed that they had intrigrity which was important to us.
The experience was not without its frustrations but the aspects I appreciate greatly from Warrens were
(1) Their ability to take on, evaluate with us and respond to our realtime feedback.
(2) The consistency. When you made or took a call, you knew the type of engagement and courtesies you were going to be offered, regardless of the content of the conversation. This meant tricky or stressful issues could be talked and worked through.
