From the moment Emily Williams walked into our home to do our evaluation we could tell how professional and courteous she was going to be. After looking at the property she sat down with us and talked through how she was going to market our property. Because we had tenants occupying our house, she knew of the importance of managing that relationship and put our minds at ease that KFH were capable of doing that for us. They also offered a very competitive fee.
Once we had signed up with KFH, Malica Hunt dealt with all the day to day questions and final sale of the house. Malica dealt with any enquiries swiftly and was excellent at keeping us in the loop even though we lived in Canada! We were lucky to complete on the sale in 8-9 weeks which I think is a record for the UK. It wouldn't have been possible without the help of Malica and Emily, especially when we were trying to arrange for items to be cleared from the property for completion day. I would have no hesitation recommending either Emily or Malica in handling a house sale and Emily's professional and common sense approach totally blew other local firms out of the water.
