Jane is a lying crook. She sold us a week in a crumby flat in Newington through Air Bnb that included Parking. Despite parking in the correct bay and displaying the permit she provided we received a parking ticket. When challenged she promised to 'sort it out'. She didn't and just kept lying. Awful woman, awful person, beneath c contempt, See you in court liar.

Sep 10, 2020This Holiday apartment guest wasn\'t happy that he forgot to leave the car permit supplied on his dashboard and asked us to deal with it, as he was v rude and tbh not a nice person, we had to get the Police to evict him from our property Things are not all they seem unfortunately

Fraud company. Jane will steal your deposit and leave the property in a dump. Never use this company for anything property related. Awful agency. As the other reviewer said, I'm not sure how they are still operating. They have done many things illegally (including the property not being licensed upon moving in) and have been very clumsy regarding communications and repairs.
