We have been renting through PARKERS for years and have had some amazing customer service. We had to very quickly move out of one of our rental properties due to the landlord not paying the mortgage and running away somewhe and the staff at PARKERS were incredible in supporting us to find another suitable property quickly. From Kelly helping us to find the right house to Richard sorting out the financial aspects with our absent landlord.
More recently I got locked out of our current property with my young child after closing hours on a Friday night and I was able to get hold of Ollie who came out straight away to let me in! I cannot praise this enough, absolutely over and above to help me.

We have done everything possible to find you suitable alternative accommodation, liaising with the local authority and your chartiable organisation. We even chauffeured you to property viewing, but you concluded the property was 'too small'.
