John valued our house, and pitched it to the right demograhic of buyer so our place sold for over the asking price. He worked hard for us, keeping us updated on progress, chasing up solicitors and people down the chain. He was very professional and friendly making the process less stressful. Can't recommend John highly enough. Many thanks to John for the many phone calls and emails to and fro with solicitors.
