Well well well, Myself and my wife have also had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the very same woman, and yes, she was awfully rude, hanging up on us because she refused to listen to us explaining EXACTLY what we meant, we wouldn’t use this company because of her

Mr Toogood, the enquiry was that she could contact the client and ask for consent to forward a postcode, and this was pointed out to her, she didn’t like being told she was wrong and got vile, shouting, basically that she can’t be bothered, but it’s fine, social media is a godsend
