Oh just AWFUL. Through the 4 years myself and gf rented with Haart, we've found them:

1)Emailing me to find out what my email address is
2) Charging £150 to add a name to a contract (then failing to do it in time, and spelling my name incorrectly)
3) Allowing builders to enter the property without notification
4) Failing to have fixes done in good time with my or gf having to chase up builders/cleaners to arrange fixes
5) Requesting a renewal of contract with less than 48hrs to go before the end
6) Missed inspections ( 1 completed in 4 years) and fixes noted - but never actually fixed until we complained
7) Missed or late to appointments
7) Rude, incompetent with a failure to acknowledge mistakes and apologise.

Honestly, folks, we recently moved out just because of the Haart estate agents! I wouldn't trust these losers to not mess up a cup of coffee. Classic excuses include 'what?', 'emails are tricky', 'I dont know how this works to be honest', 'define builder?', 'I'm sorry I was late I was somewhere else.'

Even a basic welcome when you enter their offices is too much for these GCSE jokers. Their rivals are much nicer and really good at their jobs from what we've seen so far. We're so grateful we left! So in a nutshell, avoid - or become an estate agent yourself - either is easier than trying to get these numpties to do anything professionally or on time.
