Joanne Kay is an excellent communicator in matters of great concern. we would appreciate her appropriate cooperation time to time.
The incident shook our heads & a bit disappointment on behalf of Prospects (Matteo Guarino) when in search of new properties to move in, the cooperation was far too less. We were left alone for around 1 hour for a viewing booked at 103 Branagh Court, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 2QZ dated 13/09/2012 at 19:30.When contacted in office, no clear response or information.

The better can be best if customer first approach to be adopted 100%.
