Terrible agency - avoid We experienced so many problems with this agency its difficult to know where to begin. They told us complete lies about the service they provided and assured us that the flat we were renting would be professionally cleaned before we moved in. It was not and nor was it cleaned to anything like an acceptable standard. We'd forgotten how bad they were until it came to the end of our tenancy. We had to chase them for information and we we gave our notice the problems began. They got the wrong date for our final payment and send us letters without postage meaning we had to pay. All minor issues but all combined to demonstrate their total incompetence. The worst was yet to come though - when they finally got around to paying us back our deposit it was short by over £500. According to their records we never paid the balance and therefore they didn't owe us anything else. When we queried this we were told if we wanted the rest of our money back we would have prove we'd paid it! When they finally discovered an error at their end, no apology was made and it took another three days to get us our money. If you want terrible customer service and lousy administration then this is the agency for you!
