I would like to express my comments with regards to Michael. Having dealt with him a number of times whilst agreeing the tenancy, and then with regards to a number of issues / problems we have encountered Michael is a credit to Mortimers. He is extremely positive, professional and always keeps you informed. Maria did very little to support queries and I feel Michael always stepped in to support resolution and provide regular updates. Working in a customer facing industry for over 30 years myself, Michael has the required values and behaviours to excel in any type challenge that is presented to him.
