We are disappointed to read your comments given that we explained at the outset that we were liaising with your landlord and awaiting his instruction. We reply as follows:

Your personal attack and aggressive emails appear to be of a bullying nature with unfounded remarks. Unfortunately due to your repeated abusive and crude, vulgar, choice of language over the telephone, in the office in front of staff, customers and shockingly in front of children too, along with excessive and abusive crude emails, which were totally unacceptable, your emails were ignored as was set out to you at the outset. Such behavior is not acceptable. Your landlord was informed accordingly.

As set out numerous times by management and the lettings team, as you chose not to adhere to the terms of your tenancy agreement, authorisation from your landlord was required in order for your deposit to be released. Your landlord lives overseas as explained and not always able to reply as quickly as you wished.

You signed a tenancy agreement agreeing to the terms of a contract with your landlord. You chose not to adhere to those terms and therefore you landlords authorisation was required to release your deposit. This was sought at the outset and he was forwarded the shocking emails that you sent to Sherlock Homes.

We note that you claim that the property was not in the order that you would have liked at the commencement of your tenancy yet you failed to bring this to the agents attention. Your landlord has been a client of Sherlock Homes for 15 years plus and would have attended to any concerns that you may have had.

Your contract is with your landlord and not the agent. The agent does not benefit nor gain from a tenants deposit and any deductions are for the benefit of the landlord to return their property to an acceptable condition.

You lived in a purpose build block of flats that was not managed by Sherlock Homes. You were informed this several times and the staff at Sherlock Homes liaised with the block management company of the building on your behalf regarding your claim that there were rats in the property as you are fully aware. This was out of the hands of Sherlock Homes and therefore we are puzzled why you would attack our company on something that you know is not the agent nor the landlords responsibility.

We are unsure what appointments you are referring to and we cannot be held responsibly for outside contractors

We are sorry your tenancy ended on this note. Your landlord is fully aware how your tenancy ended along with your communication of which he has been sent copies.
