As a Purchaser, I have just had to withdraw from a property after being misled. I have also been shouted at, spoken to in a very patronising manner and had the phone slammed down on me twice. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. To be avoided at all costs. I think they need a lesson in people skills. I have tried to resolve the very many issues regarding a property in a grown up, amicable manner, to no avail. My next step is the Property Ombudman
