“Estate agent favoured the landlord!...”

Estate agent favoured the landlord even after he broke the tenancy agreement. The council instructed the landlord to get damp and mould problems fixed but they were never resolved properly.

The end of tenancy inventory was undertaken by an employee at said agents and was biased. She even had the cheek to get the floors we just had professionally cleaned, muddy!

Some staff there even said we left the property immaculate and in a better state than what we moved into but somehow the person who wrote the inventory felt the need to dock us hundreds of pounds to appease the landlord.

Claimed we had no right to minute wear and tear in the property despite it saying we did in the contract agreement. We had even tidied up the marks on the walls before we moved out!
