I arranged a viewing of a property close to the station in hitchin with a young colleague from Belvoir ( hitchin Branch) called Aleksandria .
We had looked online at many different properties and saw one that was within the price range and even more appealing as it allowed a pet! She phoned see if we could view and we were able to arrange it almost immediately - we just had to complete a form and email it.
It was quite exciting as this as it was my daughters first viewing as a young person new to the rental market and to the notion of living alone generally.
We met Aleksandra outside the house, she was on time and very warm and friendly, we went in and Looked around. We loved the sales pitch Alexsandria gave as it was not too pushy, she was honest, funny and helpful in taking on our questions with view to asking the property owner questions to help us make a decision. We decided against this particular property as my daughter decided she wasn't quite ready to move yet (yay) but we will definitely return early next year when she is ready.
