Where do I even start!!!!
We are homeowners, there are 29 flats in this building, each and every one of us that have bought a flat deeply regret it and wish we never had done! I can't even list everything that is wrong with the company because there wouldn't be enough space for it.
Health and safety regulations are a absolute joke, making it near on impossible for anyone disabled or with buggies to leave or enter the building, we now have scaffolding everywhere as they are making another floor on top of our building which none of us wanted and we never were told about, otherwise noone would have purchased a flat.
The standards of the flats are terrible, there are so many snaggings on the flats thst never got sorted and issues with water ect, don't even get me started on the issues with the windows!
Honestly I can't even put into words how awful they are.. please do your research into them and find out what your getting into before renting or purchasing.

They didn’t add my name to my deposit on the scheme so I haven’t had my right to fight for my deposit money. I’m currently waiting on an application to the small claims court to go through. Registered our 3 bed flat as a 1 bed flat I’m assuming for tax reasons too, You will never experience a worse landlord in your life and I can put money on that, so glad I’ve left that hellhole. A distinct apathy when communicating via email. Lack of interest and care of their tenants. A lack of interest in even doing basic tasks as landlord/agent. Rude to deal with and blunt in their responses to normal questions.

That’s vile! 2.5 years and still nothing? I had the same problem with my walls! I would run my hand over the wall and it would literally fall off into massive flakes and this was throughout the whole flat. They claimed to have our flat professionally cleaned before we moved in, however there was a women’s used false eyelashes and lip balm, and many bank cards ect. Everything was filthy. Hello, I totally know what you've been going through as the same is happening to me and the other homeowner of the building.
We are 6 in total and one of them is already selling their flat. i've bought a new build flat with them in Teddington, London. I currently still have structural and cosmetic issues that were reported 2.5 years ago when i bought the flat. They are useless,Check some of my photos to see how my walls are, the paint is falling off as apparently there's no membrane in between ...

I rented a flat with P4I for almost 4 years and they were very professional and quick with solving every problem. Every time we had a request they tried to meet our expectations. Good company,good experience,definitely recommend it....

We are 6 in total and one of them is already selling their flat. i've bought a new build flat with them in Teddington, London. I currently still have structural and cosmetic issues that were reported 2.5 years ago when i bought the flat. They are useless,Check some of my photos to see how my walls are, the paint is falling off as apparently there's no membrane in between the walls and it has caused too much condensation. The finish is pretty crap, when you look close you see that was done by unexperienced contractors. Also my car doenst fit in my allocated space if my neighbour's car is parked. They've built a new flat above and I've had 4 leaks and a few items got damaged, even after getting a ward they took forever to pay me. Its so stressful and im about to contact the media about it. Ah look at some of my current photos attached. I think we need to report them and Harwood that has issue a PCC which doesnt do anything. So stressful
