I was very fortunate to have had Serena show me the house of my dreams. She kept regular contact throughout the buying process with me, my broker and solicitor and the seller. This kept us all on the same page and kept us moving forward towards my preferred completion date. I really valued having someone so efficient, who kept me informed from start to finish.
