I wanted to provide a positive review to Anthony Antoniou due to his consistent and extremely professional work with us throughout a period of almost twelve months since we've been renting a property managed by him. The rating for Anthony has to be five stars.
I feel compelled as well to provide a review for the end to end experience with Global House Estates, which unfortunately has a short rocky beginning, in which Anthony was not involved but other GHE's employees were.
In summary we had the following five issues:
- the agent that showed us the flat had the wrong key on our first visit, so we had to postpone to visit and reschedule for another day
- the lease agreement had important mistakes (dates, and didn't include the parking space) that we had to rewrite and correct
- there was a delay in the email communications that didn't contribute provide timely responses
- the time to access the flat changed at the last minute when we had all boxes being downloaded from the van causing unnecessary stress on our end and a potential over-cost with the van having to wait, which fortunately we avoided
- We unfortunately had a flooding in the flat that tool around 2 months to get resolved but Anthony was on top of everything to try resolve it as quickly as possible
Our experience was totally different once Anthony Antoniou took over the customer relationship with us. We have always been very pleased with the work that Anthony does and the way how he keeps communications clear and professional.
I would highlight the areas where I think Anthony does an outstanding job:
- He keeps communications always clear, avoiding misunderstandings or using ambiguous terms
- He responds in a timely manner and follows up on the actions that he agrees to take on
- He is very good at managing communications with the landlord and setting expectations on my side as it's the first time I am not in direct contact with the landlord
- He is always very reasonable at explaining what is fair to ask and what may not but still provide context and a good rationale to back up his view
- He has always been open and available at discussing things on the phone when we've required clarifications
I would recommend Anthony to any tenant, company and landlord he may work with and I am confident he will deliver on a high standard.
