Go elsewhere. Their Customer Service was shocking, particularly from their manager. They failed to pass communications across the chain, failed to listen to what we (as clients) wanted and didn't bother to get in touch for the 2 weeks leading up to the exchange/completion, or the week after the completion..until they wanted payment.
They failed to match what their website stated about unrivalled customer service, unless they mean that no one else could be anywhere near as bad!
