To sell our house in Southampton, we read reviews and shortlisted 5, inviting each for valuation. Enfields were the most realistic and professional, and the least 'corporate'. It took 9 months in a falling market, the buyers' solicitors were inefficient, ours were OK but the Enfields team were there at every step and setback to help and reassure us. Easy to contact, they kept in good communication throughout, made helpful suggestions and turned a potential nightmare into a reasonably unstressed process. Shaun Jordan was particularly helpful, Sam Binnington kept the wheels rolling smoothly, Will Piercy did an excellent valuation and first consultation. Would use again if we still lived in the area.
