This review is based on my experience during the sale of my property which was property managed by Dafydd Hardy. Initially I was led to believe that the purchaser was a cash buyer and that the sale may go through within a month. Four months later the sale had still not gone through but Wendy the agent dealing with the sale was extremely helpful. However on the day of completion a member of the Property Management team agreed to take meter readings for me but this did not happen. Fortunately Wendy, Sales organised for the purchaser to take meter readings for me. This did cause me some anxiety as there was a delay in me getting the readings but got there in the end.
