With walker singleton i experienced dreadful service, dreadful customer care and dreadful reception every time their were need to communicate.
We had a a car crash into our living room, yep you heard it right, we were sat watching TV when the front end of a car came smashing through our wall , busting a huge gaping hole in our front bay, the entire window frame came out of place, the entire wall was broken, launching our TVs and TV's stands just at our feet, so lucky to be unscathed.
Walker singleton left us with a giant hole in our private rented property for months and months, forcing us to move out.
We never received any recompense for going through what we went through. It took them 4 months to get anyone out to fix the property. Absolutely disgraceful - these were winter months, from early December until April they left this gaping hole, meaning we couldn't heat our house, we couldn't sleep easy and we couldn't leave the house knowing our things were safe. This had a huge affect on me and my brother at the time.
Plus i believe they operate illegally, they say they require to do inspections on the property and per the clause within the tenancy, that's what they should do, yet we never had one person visit from walker singleton in the entire 12 months. Just goes to show they don't care about their tenants or properties as long as they as getting their rent money.
Everyone we ever spoke to working at walker singleton were rude and unhelpful and i wouldn't recommend walkersingleton if they were the last Estate Agents on earth.
