Horrendous - the entire staff don't know their*** from their elbow, it seems. We had a myriad of maintenance-related issues with the property, and repairs took months to complete or weren't attended to at all! We waited 6 months to use a washing machine, as the floor in the kitchen was soft through water damage thanks to the previous tenants, and somehow plumbing it into the utility room was too big of an ask. They will also happily defame you on a reference, even with 100% unevidenced information. Complaints team are useless, deny all knowledge of issues or claim repairs, etc, were attended to in the appropriate time. We've ended up taking our dispute up with TDS & the ombudsman.

I definitely would not recommend renting through Pattinson, or letting your property out through them.

Good Afternoon, thank you for your comments. As per our previous correspondence, all maintenance work appears to have been carried out promptly where authorised by the landlord.

All information provided for referencing purposes is factual and we will respond accordingly to questions on issues such as; rent arrears, antisocial behaviour, complaints, condition and cleanliness of the property.

Where there is a dispute over any proposed deductions from the deposit, the TDS will arbitrate over the decision and we are happy to work with them to conclude this process.
