Rayners made our experience renting a lot easier ! All members of staff were easy to get in touch with, and willing to answer any questions we may have had no matter how small. Darren was the main agent for our letting, and went above and beyond in staying in touch with us, keeping us in the loop and acting as a liaison between us and the Landlord. Despite some problems with the property, I always felt up to date and in the loop with what was going on, and any problems we had were taken care of promptly, enthusiastically and thoroughly. A great team and a pleasure to work with, thanks for all your help!
