Stephen, Adam and all the team in the Folkestone office provide an excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
The initial valuation from Stephen was, I thought, optimistic; but he certainly knows the local market and his clients. We had an offer within 8 days of putting the property on the market. Unfortunately, the buyer pulled out the day before exchange; Reeds Rains sold it again in just 4 days for over the initial asking price.
Stephen, Adam and the office team are very helpful, knowledgeable and they kept me informed on progress. They fully understand the frustrations and delays in the process and work with you to try to minimise the stress levels.
