an advice just avoid if you are going to rent a flat handled by them!
Another review just to certify how bad is this agency:
- the sofa: they said it was fixed but this is lie .; the sofa was never delivered and my emails are simply ignored
- no heater no hot water : since yesterday , the flat is a fridge and the boiler is not working . this is the third time this is happening. I spent the night in a fridge not a flat. and instead of fixing the issue they called me when working and wants me to leave the work and wait at the flat of i wanted it fixed !!!! they have the keys and not my responsibility to be present to fix landlord issues. The agent is even indecently suggested me to go shower in the gym until they will fix it days after.
i have never faced or experienced such lame service . pure harassment as i am spending my time for and back to get basic service for the rent i am paying , No heater and hot water is simply an emergency and they have to handle it as such. I cannot use a flat for which i am paying a full rent. they want all the time to have the tenant to cover fro the landlord and even pay for him. 8 months ago they left me with no hot water or heating for 5 days !!! this time this is unacceptable - the boiler has serious issues and the landlord has by law the responsibility to fix it . this is safety and health matter not a joke
