We approached Fry & Kent because of previous experience with management staff (very positive) and their apparent understanding of our needs in a widely reported difficult property market.
Having agreed terms, we left the keys with them and hoped for the best! Tricia became the regular point of contact and she maintained excellent lines of communication throughout the process. We were kept up to date about viewings, potential buyer feedback and any other developments to do with the sale.
During the final stages, Tricia conducted her role as the intermediary with utmost professionalism and appropriate speed. When solicitors (on both sides) appeared to be moving slower than anyone would have liked, she would urge them to pick things up a little. Tricia effectively removed much of the pain traditionally associated with house selling.
