Initially Damien, then Patrick and Mike were participants in this transaction: A barrier of different languages, coupled with the buyer's being unaccustomed to UK conveyancing methods presented difficulties. Consequently, the very experienced Sales Team, were involved in what proved to be an unusually prolonged transaction: Monthly and then weekly obstacles were faced, in the absence of the accepted norm of business practices as described above.

However, Meade's staff were informative, advisory, encouraging; giving good counsel especially when the process stagnated, yet again stalled or imminently abortive:

A consensus of expert opinion of Estate Agents and Solicitors, has confirmed very unusual challenging circumstances throughout this sale, of which there were so many: Meade's Team pulled out all the stops to bring it to the required outcome: SOLD!

If this is the calibre of achievement Mead are able to achieve outside of the norm, then imagine what they are able to achieve in their day to day business involving property transactions..
